Attenborough 100 – Nature Photography Contest

The Department of Evolutionary Zoology and Human Biology at the University of Debrecen is announcing a nature photography contest titled “Attenborough 100” in honor of the 100th birthday of world-renowned naturalist and nature filmmaker David Attenborough.

Sir David Attenborough’s work has shown generations the richness and fragility of our planet’s wildlife. His films and books have helped bring people closer to nature and made them realize the importance of conservation.

The aim of the contest is to use photography to showcase the beauty, diversity, and fragility of nature, as well as to encourage respect for and responsibility toward nature.

The organizers are looking for nature photographs that capture nature’s special moments, showcase the richness of wildlife, and draw attention to the relationship between humans and nature.
